INVESTIGATIONS
"DON'T GO 2 MEXICO"

Progressive information upon this incident, as of January 24, 2007,  has revealed that after we were
taken away, a team of people consisting of men and woman came with trucks and emptied the house
of our personal and business contents in approximately (5) hours.  This team was lead by a man
posing to be the owner and going by the alleged name of
Roberto.  He was the one that activated
the corrupted police, and ironically, is a family member of the
Arellano Felix organization by his own
admission.  He, immediately started using the building for his drug business, restructuring SUV's for
smuggling, and as a hide-out for his members.  A neighbor in the area has told me, in confidence,
that he was approached by Roberto and offered hundreds of kilo's of
“ICE”, on the front, if he had
someone in the States that could move it.  Roberto bragged about being an “enforcer” of the family
and responsible for numerous
killings and beheadings of other cartel members and non-compliant
police officers.

During the first week of February 2007, I advanced my crusade by e-mailing additional information to
a group of supporters.
Dr. Elias Renteria Segoviano, whose room was never entered during the first
robbery, attacked my public information with intentions to discredit the crusade.  It was the only
option he had to save face, having been a suspect from the beginning.  However, he did not realize
that he incriminated himself with his derogatory statements and now remains
more than a suspect.

Prior to his defamatory comments in his e-mails, I had a conversation on the phone with him.  He
wanted to know how far the investigation had progressed and had mentioned that a man by the
alleged name of
Javier Sanches was the one who initiated our arrest, not Roberto.  This may have
been a ploy to throw my investigation off.  I explained to him that the
FBI and the Mexican General in
charge of
"Operation Tijuana" wanted to talk with him.  We believe that this triggered him to
discredit our original complaint.

As of the first week, of this year 2007, the
Capital of Mexico has sent approximately three hundred
armed special soldiers to Tijuana to curb the rising of police corruption in Tijuana and Rosarito.  This
proves that there are too many complaints of police corruption to hide.  It’s time to stop complaining
and start acting.

On or about February 15, 2007,
Barbara Mendez, our real estate agent, made an attempt to save face
by sending e-mails with fictitious subject matter to her peers, but in doing so, incriminated herself,
as did the doctor.  Truth is needed to discredit someone, not fiction.  Barbara is now, as has been, a
second suspect.  Information has led to her affiliation with the corruption. I have been emailed by
others who have been victimized by the hands of Barbara; it wasn't just me.

She now has developed enemies among her peers.  Barbara has been fired from
"Mision de
Rosarito"
for selling unauthorized properties in "real estate" for her capital gains and made
headlines in the process.  If you would like to buy a property in Mexico, she can be located at
"Gibbs
& Associates"
Realty Executives.  I'm sure she'll be glad to assist you.

In the later part of February 2007, with a Spanish speaking friend of mine, I managed to make contact
with a high law enforcement agent in Mexico whose name I cannot mention.  The information he
received from me advanced an investigation he was on.  He was compiling information for another
arrest of the Arellano organization involved in police killings and beheadings.

On March 3, 2007 we lobbied against the Mexican property sales, rentals, and vacations that were
being sponsored at the San Diego, Del Mar Fair Grounds.  We managed to video tape part of our
interviews and they will be aired on television and the Internet.

Through our investigations and hundreds of candid interviews with Americans, as well as, legal
Mexican immigrants and Mexican U.S. Citizens, we managed to open a can of worms with the
information that we received.  This can of worms legitimizes our labeling Mexico as a terrorist
country.  We found that
"Presidente Felipe Calderon's" attack on all of the cartel infiltrated towns
has basically accomplished nothing except for acquiring media attention.  No one, including the
nationalists of Mexico, have seen any major changes in the violence that has been taking place; if
anything, it got worse.  We have been told that
Felipe Calderon is totally against the border fence
that divides the United States from Mexico and promotes his people to illegally cross it when ever
they can.  There, also, has been a large influx of Mexicans entering the armed forces of the United
States. They have been strategically saturating the states, cities, and towns throughout  the United
States; many of them are connected to the cartels or mafia of Mexico.  Could it be possible that there
is something brewing beyond the drug business?  Is our country falling victim to something that
could be our demise?

We have found that a hidden agenda of continuous "homeland" invasion is at hand by the Mexican
mafia because they need and want the United States to further their ambitions.  They are making
multi-billions of dollars by way of the United States every year. There has never been such an influx
of illegal aliens in the history of the United States since the immigration act was enacted to preserve
our country.  This invasion of illegal Mexican aliens is extremely dangerous to the United States.
History has a habit of repeating itself.  Over half the countries of the world were invaded at one time
or another to be destroyed and possessed for the gain of the invading country.  In this case, it's
Mexico that wants our country.  And, for some odd reason, our country representatives are turning a
blind eye to it. The Mexicans are using their power of drug money to influence our politicians to
open the doors for them.  New information has implied that they plan on uprising by the thousands
throughout our country in protest against the United States starting this May.  Large cells of the
Mexican mafia are being established all through the United States.  One of their cells was just
busted in Riverside, New Jersey in April of 2007. The criminals and illegals are planning to rally and
demand amnesty this May of 2007.  With amnesty and their lack of respect for our country, as well as,
our citizens, they can use our system, and slowly decay it from the inside like a cancer.  It's not too
far fetched to say that they could possibly over throw our government in a matter of time by simply
occupying high political positions through large monetary contributions by the drug world.  Given
the numbers of their illegal entries, they could possibly create a civil war in our country again.  And,
if half our armed forces are Mexicans or dormant terrorists with an agenda, we won't have a chance.
They already have a good part of South America on their side from the drug world, not to mention a
few nuclear powered countries that would love to lay their hat in their country.  This isn't paranoia,
it's reality.  Could this be why so many of the illegal aliens from Mexico are demanding amnesty?
We're not talking about a few hundred people, we're talking about millions!

Approximately, a year prior to our incident in
Rosarito, I had rented a two bedroom apartment on the
beach of Tijuana known as
"Playas de Tijuana" and had an ex-missionary from El Salvador residing in
the apartment, free of charge, as a care taker to prevent any break-ins while Kay and I baby sited
houses that were under re-construction for real estate investors in San Diego.  He ran a small taco
business and would moonlight as a part-time real estate adviser.  On a few occasions, he had
introduced me to some of his clients who had entered Mexico from Iran, Iraq, and the Afghanistan
area.  They always posed as investors.  Money was never an obstacle to these people.  He, later,
informed me that they were terrorists who were stalling for time to get the proper paper work
together for entering the United States.  I asked Carlos, the ex-missionary, why he didn't turn them
in.  He gave me (3) reasons.  One, because he was illegal himself.  Two, because they paid him well
for finding properties for them.  And three, because they were being protected by the mafia and
corrupted police.  I never met the same group twice.  They were usually in groups of three or four,
and at least one of them was always able to speak English.  Carlos was also the person that found
the mansion in Rosarito for me to turn into a clinic.  I mentioned the people that I was introduced to
by Carlos to a few law enforcement personnel in the States, at that time, but always got brushed off
with excuses of why they couldn't get involved.  Some of them, actually, knew this was going on, but
couldn't do anything about it.  I wonder how many have entered the United States since that time?

It's a
"no brainer." Any candidate running for President of the United States for this upcoming
election that addresses this issue will open the eyes of Americans and definitely have an edge on
the other candidates.  This is an issue of
"terrorism" at our back door and involves the safety of all
Americans.
